DAZ billing

Not to many places to put this here, it's feed back but not about the cafe.

For the past 4 days, twice a day DAZ has sent me "fail to charge" notices about the platinum club. I can't stop it. The reason it's doing it is because I have no CC data at DAZ, and this is exactilly why. Two years ago I went through this. Could not stop DAZ from charging my CC for the Pclub even after repeated trys to unsubscribe. It's the same thing now, uncheck reoccuring, click save and it auto rechecks reoccuring. I ended up being charged for 2 months I didn't want, the only way I could stop it was to wipe my CC data from DAZ then put up with the failur to charge notices everyday for a month. I joined the Pclub to get the discount on C8.5, that subscription has run out and if DAZ had had my CC data they would have charged me for 3 more months with out my permission. I'm ready to hire a lawyer to sue DAZ for repeatedly trying to falsly charge my CC for services I don't want and can't opt out of.

I would call customer service. It sounds like a glitch in their web software (believe me, it happens. the web sux. There is no way to be compatible with every browser....)

Call customer service and have someone manually change the setting in your acct. Tell them what browser you are using, and explain their website is not accepting the change to your acct.

Lawyer would just charge you money.
