I know it can be a stress reliever, unless it's not going your way, in which case it's a stress inducer! Wink

Do I ever shut up?!?

I started doing art as i was told it was good for stress and a way o keep my mind occupied and off of bad thoughts I would get due to my depression, when you see thingss taking shape it is a great feeling to have, but as EP says, when it all goes tits up it can cause more stress than it relives :p

Thanks for the all feedback cafe friends. I guess the digital medium has quantified our perspectives from what we consider as fantasy oppose to the mundane reality. Don't get me wrong, nothing compares to this transcient canvas which we objectively interact but without  direct influence. I believe more so now in fantasy as a living reality, just as this reality seems more of a grander virtual simulation. I've heard about sound being an aspect in healing. We're gifted with sight and what a pleasure to see the kalaidescope of surrelism. I love this dictionary description of the word surrelism.
A 20th-century avant-garde movement in art and literature that sought to release the creative potential of the unconscious mindfor example by the irrational juxtaposition of images.
Placebo effect, the artist deliberating healing when immersed in his tapestry, somewhere out there maybe someone's who going through a health difficiency can benefit just as an observe admiring a work of art. There's a lot of mindwork at play in the arts. Is the artist and the observer in the same mind state at some point when observing an image? Although our peerceptions differ, we all agree an A is an A.
