Installation

The SDK is now decompressed and ready to use (the SDK folder can be placed anywhere on your hard drive).

Content

The SDK is divided into the following folders:

• Build or BuildMac: The build scripts for the samples
• DemoExt: On Windows, this is where the executables of the samples are stored once they are compiled. On Mac OS, the executables are automatically copied inside Carrara.
• Doc: Contains an overview document as well as a detailed reference of each class.
• Include: The header files necessary to compile a plug-in for Carrara.
• Lib: The Libraries that you need to link with your plug-in.
• Samples: Sample plugins
• Tools: Resource Editor (MCSketch) and other tools...
