Keep me logged in?

Maybe I missed "Keep me logged in" somewhere ... I checked the Control Panel settings in my profile but I did not see it there.There's no checkbox at the login for "Keep me logged in".Is there a way to stay logged in so I don't have to login every time I open the browser?

I have added an option that should keep us logged in for 1 year... unless you log out.
